One workspace for every job your team does.

Start with the work that eats your week. Agents take the busywork, you keep the decisions.

From todo to done, with proof.

    1. 1

      Connect what you already use

Gmail, GitHub, your repos, your job board and your calendar. CommandCenter pulls it into one searchable workspace.

    2. 2

      Hand off the work

Write a todo, move it to in progress, or just say it out loud to Aiko, the voice assistant. An agent picks it up in the right project with your rules loaded.

    3. 3

      Review results, not activity

Every result comes back with evidence: a pull request with before and after screenshots, a shortlist with resume quotes, a ledger that balances.

    Talent Pool

    Every resume, actually read.

Each applicant is parsed into years, companies, skills, schools and signals. Each opening is broken into the five to ten things that matter, and every candidate is judged against each one.

Every judgment carries a reason and a verbatim quote as proof, plus their real GitHub activity for engineering roles. Your client sees why, not just who.

      Portrait of Harsh Agrawal

      Built by an operator

Made by someone who runs a company on it every day.

Harsh Agrawal built CommandCenter to run TechKareer, client engineering and his own products without hiring a back office. Every feature exists because he needed it on an ordinary Tuesday, and it ships the moment it works.

      • Youngest software engineer at Avalara, later taken private by Vista Equity for $8.4B
      • Z Fellow, and pitched partners at a16z and Sequoia one on one
      • Founded DevKit, an AI assistant used by 50,000+ developers
      • Led engineering at BanterAI, real-time voice agents in New York
      • Founded TechKareer, 40 hires for 27 startups and counting

Built to hold the sensitive stuff.

Candidate data, client code and your inbox all live here, so isolation is part of the architecture, not a setting.

      • A database of your ownEvery workspace lives in its own database file. Nothing is shared between customers.
      • Private notes stay privateInternal notes on candidates are never synced to any outside system.
      • AI that shows its workEvery judgment carries a reason and a verbatim quote you can check.
      • Roles and guestsGive a contractor access to one project's terminals and nothing else.
      • Revocable sessionsEvery sign-in is tracked and can be revoked, with an audit log of changes.
      • Your keys, your spendBring your own model keys and see what each agent costs.

Plans for one person or a whole team.

      Questions, answered.

      Who is CommandCenter for?

Founders, small teams and recruiting firms who would rather direct agents than juggle thirty apps. If you live in your inbox, your repos and a spreadsheet of candidates, it was built for you.

What do the agents actually run on?

Claude Code, in persistent sessions attached to your repositories. They survive restarts, keep their place, and you can watch or take over any of them from your laptop or phone.

Is my data used to train models?

No. CommandCenter never trains on your data. Content is only sent to the model you choose, for the task you asked for.

How is this different from an ATS or Notion?

Those tools store work. CommandCenter does it. The same workspace that holds your candidates and notes also runs the agents that read the resumes, draft the replies and ship the code.

Can I run it on my own server?

Yes. CommandCenter already runs self-hosted today. Tell us about your setup in the request form.

      When can I get access?

We're onboarding a small number of teams each month. Request access below and Harsh will reply to you personally.

Tell us a little about your team. Harsh reads every request and replies personally, usually within a day.
